Western Rim Trade

By the beginning of the 28th century, ownership of Western Rim Trade had devolved to two families distantly related to the original Kallibur clan. The Babak family was ruthless and grasping while the Jabari's were generally honest and forthright. The Babak's owned 43% of Western Rim shares while the Jabari held 47%. the remaining shares were held by executive board members and various corporations. In most instances, the minority shareholders tended to follow the Jabari in matters affecting the company.



   During the early 2700's, the Babaks managed to convince the minority shareholders of the importance of controlling all trade in the northern regions of the galaxy. This propelled the firm into direct conflict with the Molnsa Guild and it's associated lesser trade houses.
